Broward is the second market. Our Delray Beach office covers the north end of Broward County — Deerfield, Pompano, and the Las Olas corridor — while crews from Boca handle Parkland and Coral Springs.
The install conditions in Broward mirror Palm Beach with a tighter regulatory layer. Broward HOA approval cycles are typically two to four weeks longer than Palm Beach equivalents, and municipal building departments in Fort Lauderdale and Pompano require permitting on hardscape changes above 1,500 square feet. We carry the permits as part of the install scope.
The coastal Broward installs — Fort Lauderdale beachfront, Hillsboro Beach, Lighthouse Point — get the same salt-air spec we use in north Boca. Inland Broward (Parkland, Coral Springs, Plantation) gets a humidity-driven spec with heavier drainage.
