Quotes and estimates

Quotes provided through this site or in person are estimates subject to a physical site walkthrough. A binding contract is executed only after the walkthrough and signed proposal.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through directly from the yarn manufacturer (typically 8 to 20 years on UV stability and seam integrity). Smart Synthetic Turf LLC warranties installation labor for 5 years against seam failure, drainage failure, and base settlement on installs we performed ourselves.

Photography

Project photography on this site is owned by Smart Synthetic Turf LLC unless otherwise credited. We do not photograph customer property without written permission.

Liability

Smart Synthetic Turf LLC carries $2M general liability and full workers' compensation. Certificates are available on request before any contract is signed.
