What we install
Residential
Estate-grade synthetic turf for South Florida homes — backyards, putting greens, pet runs, play areas.
Most of what we install on the residential side ends up behind privacy walls — Royal Palm Yacht, Boca Bay, Bay Colony, Old Floresta. The brief is almost always the same: the lawn has to look like Bermuda in March, year round, with no sprinklers, no overseeding, no chinch bug treatment, and no patches where the dogs run.
That brief is harder than it sounds. A turf install that solves it in Wellington won’t survive an oceanfront install in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea — salt air, sand subgrade, and full sun rewrite the spec sheet. We pick yarn density, pile height, and infill per site, never per catalog.
Four residential surfaces, each engineered against a different failure mode:
- Backyards — large open lawns where the visual standard is “indistinguishable from sod.”
- Putting greens — tournament-speed roll, contoured pads, ball-stop edges.
- Pet turf — pet-safe infill, anti-microbial backing, slope drainage.
- Play areas — IPEMA fall-rated foam pad systems for swing sets and treehouses.
Eighteen years in, the same crews still measure every site. We don’t subcontract installation — the team that quotes you is the team you’ll see on the property.
