Wellington Padel Club

Four-court padel facility in Wellington — the first full-scale FIP-certified padel club in Palm Beach County. 8,700 square feet of synthetic surface across four courts plus the perimeter walking lanes.

We coordinated with the wall-and-glass subcontractor on a tight schedule: walls up in week one, turf install in week two, glass in week three. The FIP inspector walked the courts on day 21 and certified all four to FIP Padel Pro 2 standard the same afternoon.

Sand-filled short-pile yarn, 12mm pile height, finished with a measured bounce within FIP tolerance on first walkthrough. The club opened for member play three days after final inspection.
