Tennis & padel

ITF and FIP-certified synthetic turf courts for South Florida clubs and private estates.

Tennis and padel both use sand-filled short-pile turf, but the systems aren’t interchangeable. A tennis court is 78 by 36 feet, surface graded for drainage, pile height 13-15mm, certified to ITF Pace Classification 2 (medium) or 3 (medium-fast). A padel court is 20 by 10 meters, four walls plus glass, pile height 12mm, certified to FIP standards on grain size and pile recovery.

Padel is the faster-growing surface in South Florida. We’ve installed nine courts in the last eighteen months — three at private homes in Wellington and Boca, four at country clubs, and two at the new dedicated padel facility in West Palm. The build is faster than tennis because there’s less area, but the wall framing and glass panels need a steel sub-contractor who knows the FIP wall geometry.

Tennis installs run six to ten working days for a single court including base, surface, and lines. Padel installs run two to three weeks because of the wall and glass. We coordinate with the glass supplier directly so the panel order is on site the day the turf finishes.
