Pricing
Honest ranges, not bait pricing.
A quote that survives walkthrough is more useful than a quote that survives the phone call.
Every turf installer in South Florida advertises a square-foot price. Most of those prices are bait — they assume a flat lot, a standard pad, no demo, no permitting, no edging. The actual install runs higher and the homeowner finds out at signing.
We don't quote that way. The ranges below are inclusive of base, edging, demo, and labor — what a real install costs once it's on the property.
Residential
- Backyards — $11 to $16 per square foot
- Putting greens — $18 to $28 per square foot
- Pet turf — $13 to $18 per square foot
- Play areas with IPEMA-certified pad — $16 to $24 per square foot
Commercial
- Hospitality and pool decks — $14 to $22 per square foot
- Multi-family courtyards and dog runs — $12 to $18 per square foot
- Retail entry plazas — $16 to $24 per square foot
Sports
Sports surfaces are quoted per project, not per square foot. The FIFA, ITF, FIP, and IPEMA certifications drive the spec and the price. Range typically lands at $9 to $14 per square foot all-in for full-size pitches and courts.
What's not in the range
Drainage modifications beyond a standard French drain. Hardscape work — pavers, walls, retaining structures. Tree or stump removal. Irrigation rerouting. We quote these as line items if they're needed.
