What we install
Commercial
Synthetic turf for South Florida hospitality, multi-family, retail and office grounds — durable surfaces that hold up to daily traffic.
Commercial work has a different brief than residential. The property manager wants a surface that survives a thousand pairs of feet a week, photographs well in the marketing collateral, and never asks for an irrigation budget line again.
We install at three commercial scales:
- Hospitality — boutique hotels, resort pool decks, event lawns where the install has to handle banquet chairs on Saturday and pool floats on Sunday.
- Multi-family — courtyards, dog runs, rooftop amenities at condo and apartment properties along the A1A corridor and West Boca.
- Retail and office — entry plazas, courtyard seating, sales-office mockup lawns where the brand standard is a clean rectangle of green at all times.
The differences from a residential install are in the spec, not the look. Commercial surfaces get higher face weight (60–70 oz/yd² vs. 40–50), denser stitch counts, and reinforced perimeter edging to take cart and chair traffic. Drainage is engineered to South Florida storm intensity — typical commercial pads handle 30+ inches per hour through the backing without ponding.
All commercial installs are turn-key. We coordinate with the GC, schedule around live operations, and run the install in phases when a property can’t close. Most jobs are done in three to seven days; the largest multi-family job we’ve delivered ran twelve.
