FIFA Quality is the spec most clubs ask for. FIFA Quality Pro is the spec national-team training and Premier League academies install. The difference shows up in ball roll, player abrasion, and post-install testing — and it shows up in cost.

Both systems are monofilament yarn, sand-and-rubber infill, woven backings. Quality Pro pitches use longer pile (60-65mm), denser stitch counts, and a higher-grade SBR or TPE rubber infill that meets stricter abrasion thresholds. Quality Pro fields must pass on-site lab testing within 90 days of install — vertical ball rebound, rotational resistance, shock absorption, all measured in the field.

We’ve installed seven full-size pitches in South Florida over the last eight years. Three were Quality Pro for academy programs; four were Quality for high school and club use. Average install duration on an 80-yard field is three to four weeks from base prep to final infill grooming.

We also install training and goalkeeper-warmup surfaces — typically 600 to 2,000 square feet — which use the same yarn but skip the full FIFA inspection cycle.
