Pompano Beach

Pompano Beach work is mostly residential and split between the coastal corridor (Hillsboro Shores, Hillsboro Mile) and the inland neighborhoods (Cypress Bend, Cresthaven). Coastal installs get the full salt-and-UV spec; inland installs get the humidity-driven drainage spec.

Pompano has the most pet-turf-driven inquiries of any Broward city we serve. The high-rise condo communities along A1A run dog-friendly amenity programs, and the courtyards and rooftop runs at those properties are bid as multi-family commercial work. We’ve delivered eight rooftop runs along the Pompano A1A corridor in the last four years.
