Fort Lauderdale is the main Broward market. Most of what we install here is on the islands and along the canals — Las Olas Isles, Coral Ridge Country Club, Harbor Beach, Rio Vista — and the install conditions are the toughest in the service area.
Canal-front lots in Fort Lauderdale are typically narrow (50 to 80 feet wide), with mature mahogany or banyan canopies, and grading that has to drain toward the canal without eroding the seawall. The install requires a French drain on most coastal Fort Lauderdale jobs and corrosion-resistant edging on every one. The city building department requires hardscape permits on jobs above 1,500 square feet — we carry the permit as part of scope.
