Parkland

Parkland is a smaller market by population but a high-spec one. Most homes here are on half-acre to acre lots, the architecture is newer (post-2010), and the buyers want the install to read as part of the original landscape design rather than an add-on.

We work to those briefs by integrating the turf with hardscape edges already on the property — coral stone, travertine, poured concrete — instead of installing a turf island with an aluminum perimeter. The seams blend into the existing edges and the install reads as integrated rather than overlaid.

Parkland HOA design review at Heron Bay and Parkland Golf adds two to four weeks; we factor that into the contract calendar.
