Maintenance

Turf doesn’t need water or mowing, but it isn’t zero-maintenance. Infill migrates, seams open at high-traffic edges, and pet zones need odor treatment more often than a backyard corner does. We service every install we’ve done under warranty, and we take on maintenance-only calls for turf other companies installed — we just inspect the base and drainage first, since a maintenance visit can’t fix a grading problem underneath.

Two maintenance surfaces, each with its own service interval:

• Routine care — infill top-up, deep brush grooming, and debris removal. Typically every 6 to 12 months depending on traffic and pets.
• Repairs — seam re-bonding, patch replacement after damage, and drainage clearing when a section starts holding water.

Maintenance visits are quoted per visit, based on square footage and turf age — call for a walkthrough rather than a phone estimate, since infill condition varies more than the calculator can see.
