West Palm Beach

West Palm Beach is the third office. The market here splits between the historic neighborhoods east of Olive Avenue (El Cid, Flamingo Park, Northwood) and the commercial corridor along Okeechobee. Both ask for different installs.

The historic-district residential install runs into older lot grading and root systems — most West Palm homes east of US-1 are on lots with mature ficus and royal palms that need to be worked around. We don’t trench or compromise root zones during install. Commercial work along Okeechobee tends toward corporate ground floors and downtown courtyards — typically 800 to 3,000 square feet, scheduled around tenant hours.
