Delray is the second office. The downtown district between Atlantic Avenue and the Intracoastal is dense and old — most residential lots are under 8,000 square feet and the install is sized accordingly. Coastal Delray (Seagate, Beach Drive) is the high-spec coastal install. West of I-95 (Lake Ida, Mizner Country Club, Foxe Chase) is the inland humidity spec.
Commercial work is heavier in Delray than in other Palm Beach cities. The Atlantic Avenue corridor has driven a wave of boutique hotel and restaurant patio installs — typically 300 to 1,500 square feet, high-traffic, short install windows. We schedule downtown commercial work overnight when we have to.
